Stative Verb dan Present Progresif

Tugas Pertama 

·         Stative Verb adalah kata kerja yang tidak untuk menyatakan aksi, melainkan untuk menyatakan kondisi yang tidak berubah.

Kata-kata yang merupakan Stative Verb:

 - know            - understand                - appear           - see                 - taste              - wish

 - have             - hate                           - love               - like                - want              - sound

 - believe          - need                          - hear               - seem              - smell              - own

Contoh kalimat Stative Verb:

1.      I hate Monday. ( saya benci hari Minggu )

2.      This black forest cake taste so delicious. ( kue black forest ini rasanya sangat lezat )

3.      I like with your opinion. ( saya suka dengan pendapat anda )

4.      The girl have many luxury car in her house. ( dia memiliki banyak mobil mewah dirumahnya )

5.      I thing you need long holiday. ( saya pikir anda membutuhkan libur panjang )

Contoh kalimat tanpa Stative Verb:

1.      The man is swimming in the swimmingpool. ( dia berenang dikolam renang )

2.      I always listens music everyday. ( saya selalu mendengarkan musik setiap hari )

3.      Tea tree grows in mountainous regions. ( pohon teh tumbuh didaerah pucak )

4.      The boy hit the cat. ( anak itu memukul kucing )

5.      She plays barbie doll every afternoon. ( dia memainkan boneka barbie setiap sore )

Tugas Kedua

·         Present Time adalah ungkapan kejadian yang sedang berlangsung saat pembicara berbicara.

Contoh kalimat present time:

1.      Tommy do the home work right now. ( Tommy sedang mengerjakan PR saat ini )

2.      You can come to meet me today. ( anda bisa datang menemui saya hari ini )

3.      Maia is studying now. ( Maia sedang belajar sekarang )

4.      Mrs. Ina is meetig with client at the moment. ( nona Ina sedang bertemu rekan kerjanya saat ini )

5.      I am waking up late in the morning. ( saya bangun telat pagi ini )

·         Future Time adalah kata kerja yang digunakan untuk mengungkapkan bahwa suatu aktivitas akan sudah selesai pada titik waktu dimasa depan.

Contoh kalimat future time:

1.      Kartika will watching movie in the next time. ( Kartika akan menonton film lain waktu )

2.      We are going to Jogja next week. ( kami akan pergi ke-Jogja minggu depan )

3.      Sonya and I will run away tomorrow morning. ( saya dan Sonya akan lari besok pagi )

4.      I will have been warming the water when my daddy arrives. ( saya akan menghangatkan air ketika ayah saya sampai )

5.      They will come in the next vacations. ( mereka akan datang liburan berikutnya )
